I started service with Home Paramount w/a Yrly contract for pest control service; Installation in my laundry basement area & termite service. The Installation service in my basement was poorly done, the technicans were sloppy and the service performed was less than adequate; some spots were missed, pest control in that area was not completed. When I called to express my dis-satification and concerns- it took several weeks for a return call; and when i did get a call; it was unapologetic and no caring, and the Mngr really didnt offer any solutions. Additionally, my yrly pest control service has been bearly minimal - until now. I am not sure i will renew this contract next year.
