The treatments are only about 70% effective. But even MORE frustrating: I have more than one property registered with them, but despite my MANY requests-- verbally as well as in-writing-- they are incapable of being specific when leaving me voicemails, eg. by specifying WHICH site/property is the subject of their message. As a result, I have to CALL them up after every voicemail, wait on hold, then wait to be transferred to the right person, then WAIT MORE for the person to look up my account, etc, etc blah blah blah. 😡 (It really isn't THAT hard, guys! )
