As a Home Paramount customer for over thirty years we are concerned about your rodent control service. On 5/31/22 we signed an Exclusion Contract with Home Paramount. As of two weeks ago, I was still trapping mice in my home. We have had frequent visits from you technicians to resolve the problem. Your technicians have missed openings where mice have entered our kitchen that were eventually discoverd by us. One technician had to get peanut butter from us to bait his traps. Another technician put traps behind an oven then pushed it back and released the traps. In addition, this required constantly moving a heavy oven to examine the traps. The point is that the mice are still getting in the house from external openings on our property after numerous visits from technicians and one manager. If you cannot resolve the rodent problem or provide knowedgeable technicians and managers, please return our payment for the exclusion service and we will look elsewhere.
