Well...I left an unflattering review yesterday @3pm because I started seeing BUGS inside my home after @3 weeks of beginning my service. I could NOT reach them by phone,had to leave a message after being on hold...so was NOT happy. WELL,This morning they came back and hit the areas I pointed out to them! MUCH happier! A VERY quick response and the guy was much more talkative and asked questions,etc. I feel VERY HAPPY with response! Thank you! Tech only has his initials,EG,but same guy as before,but WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! He was definitely on his game today!
