Your crews are not consistent !
I really enjoyed Roger and Tim for years . That is not present with your currant crews.
I requested my back yard mowed with walk behind mower as Roger and Tim always complied.
Today your scheduled visit no one showed up ? No call no notification no lawn service !
This continued lack of service and communication is going to cause you loosing me as a customer !
