Environmental Pest Management came out within a couple hours of calling to treat yellow jackets after our kiddo was stung in his sleep. They figured out that the yellow jackets were in a cavity near the chimney flashing and roof. They did have to treat a second time, but said that was normal since they couldn’t spot treat the nest the first time. Thankfully, that 2nd treatment was covered under their 60 day treatment guarantee.
Both people who came out were really nice and knowledgeable.
