Service tech very thourough. Spent 3 days sealing my house and did a fantastic job. Advance notice of his arrival needs work. Was not told he was coming till he got here and started working. Your billing procedures are also weird. Why am I billed in seperate stages instead of one bill. I also applied for and was approved for the one year loan program which has not been accessed by the company. Phone messages not being returned was also a problem. But, you did a good job on the house. Thanks!
