To date, I am very pleased with the work accomplished by USX Pest. I had the Exclusion process and the person who came to do the work was extremely competent, friendly, and professional. It has only been a week since the work was completed, and there has been no sign of a mouse in my basement since the work was done.

The excision and removal service was great! Our platinum service and our service technician Frank was excellent.
The only downside that needs improvement is the scheduling and notification procedures for service. 24 hour notice is not helpful and it wasn’t even a 24 hour notice. Please give at lease a minimum of one week notice.

Service tech very thourough. Spent 3 days sealing my house and did a fantastic job. Advance notice of his arrival needs work. Was not told he was coming till he got here and started working. Your billing procedures are also weird. Why am I billed in seperate stages instead of one bill. I also applied for and was approved for the one year loan program which has not been accessed by the company. Phone messages not being returned was also a problem. But, you did a good job on the house. Thanks!
