Having issues with tech not showing up for 2x month service. Spoke to management and asked going forward for techs to ring doorbell/if no answer do not service my pool. Guy just shows up around my backyard to service the pool no doorbell. Wife asked the Tech/Manager (not sure of position) to please vacuum as it hasn't been done in over a month, he said that is only if we are paying for it and its extra!SINCE WHEN did this happen? Its supposed to be the 1st service of each month according to the service plan provided by the company when signing up for the service! Been one thing after another. No customer should have to hound and complain to be provided with the service they are paying for.
