I signed and paid a contract for roaches and mice. They only treated for roaches. When I called about it, they were supposed to come treat for mice in a second visit. That didn’t happen, they only sprayed the front door, they did not patch any holes or lay down traps as promised. Home Paramount is very good at treating roaches but not mice. I got two different stories on how they treat for mice and both contradicted the other. The team does not communicate amongst themselves, nor do all of their inspectors know what services they offer. An overhaul I training is needed. It isn’t the same home paramount that I used 10 yrs ago.
