The response for our emergency was outstanding. Sarah Hodges was outstanding in coordinating thank setting up the two repair teams to fix the HVAC and the other team who repaired the ceiling. The 2 teams were outstanding and did a great job to complete job. Please look up the names of the individuals and give them a pat on the back for a job well done. Clint And Kim Hodder
