Really 2 separate reviews. 1) 5 stars for customer service and the technicians who came out. Friendly, respectful, responsive. Very professional!!! 2) I was confused that no one could figure out how to get to the place on the house I was concerned about. I wish I had been told this before I called out Com Ed to cover the power lines that no one would be able to reach that spot anyway. Our house couldn’t have been the first house with this issue.
