As I told Brittany, several workers needed to come clean up and sanitize my crawl space again and replace the old, wet, nasty insulation because nobody told me how bad it was when the vapor barrier was installed and the exclusion was added last year. They needed to return at least twice to complete the cleaning, and pin up some insulation properly after it wasn't done right the first time. They somehow made multiple rips in the vapor barrier and needed to return to patch them so now I have a 1-year-old-slightly messy barrier with repaired patches. Also, when the did the work they accidentally cracked the water line and needed to call a plumber to repair that as well. I paid thousands of dollars to clean up a year old barrier that should not have needed cleaning after the initial work if it had been done properly, and now I have a patched, used one -- how could you possibly expect me to be happy or consider using Terminix for future work?
