While we did not find our mysterious reptile visitor (guest?), your employee was on time, was pleasant to work with, and was clearly knowledgeable on the subject matter at hand i.e. snakes. He did a through survey to find the visitor -(no luck)-and also did a through review of the possible points of entry into the house, and steps that had to be taken to seal them (the steps have since been taken). He also left strategically placed several glue traps in the basement, in case our unseen visitor returns.
