This is a review of the treatment proposed for my bedbug infestation. I would like the following addressed: 1. Why I was not provided with a prep sheet before treatment was applied? I was not told to empty closets and I was concerned that by doing so before spraying would worsen the problem. Therefore, my closets have gotten sub optimal or no treatment. 2. Why only a 30 day warrantee is provided? It clearly takes 60 days to ensure that the bugs are gone given there life span and 3. how is Paramount going to gauge if the bugs are truly gone? Are they going to provide a device to make sure the there are no bugs or eggs? 4. Why wasn't the back and underside of my furniture checked or every outlet dusted? I will be withholding remaining payment until I have these questions answered. Paramount is charging me $1500 to exterminate this problem and I want to see the extra effort to ensure that it is fully taken care of. How this is addressed will help me determine if I will use Paramount for future services or recommend them to neighbors.
