Dan was courteous, efficient, and professional. But the scheduling of this was not at all good. We got a call that said we would get our service on Monday unless we call. We called and made it clear that service on monday was not good and that cp should not come that day but call and scheduled service. On Monday someone showed up. Don’t remember her name. She was courteous and accommodating and we rescheduled right away for Thursday at 8. Dan showed up at 7. He agreed to wait but 7 is way different than 8 in the morning. Coming at 12 when you schedule for 1 is not as troublesome but 7 is early. More attention to scheduling is recommended and email rather than voice messages is recommended because they don’t require both sides to be available to talk at the same time.
