surprised when discovered they were here today, when appointment was scheduled for 12/20 between 8 & 10am. my dad came home from being at an appointment to find a card attached to door saying they had already been here. I cannot rate anything since did not know they were coming on December 18th...appointment was scheduled for December 20th.
