I'd give zero if I could! They tell you will be emailed through the process of the tenting and only received my receipt.. had a storm come through and blow off tent, never informed me they removed tent ( neighbor called me). So the house was uncovered the whole time, after arguing with the emergency number person they said they will go back and put it back on.. Do not have your house tented on a weekend!! No one wants to reply.. we have been in a hotel since Friday and it's going on Monday already..
