I was helped by two staff both named Michael from EPM and they are both superb! The first Michael M. was for scheduling and questions about what's covered and what's not. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and professional. The second Michael E. was the actual technician who came out for the termite control application. He was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions and offered advice on some things I asked. Everyone I contacted from EPM were friendly and professional, and I'm very impressed with the level of service received!
