I switched to Pest Bear because of the poor lawn service I was getting from Bug Out. I also used Bug Out for pest control and had no complaints. I decided to give Pest Bear a chance for lawn and scrub service as well as pest control. So far I am so so with both lawn and pest service. I have to assume the techs are doing what needs to be done and done properly.
Lawn service was rescheduled twice without my being notified. I believe that extra care needs to be given to the lawn since service has been on a regular schedule, at least so far. I even had my sprinkler system checked to ensure I was getting sufficient water and coverage on the lawn and scrubs.
I regards to pest service, I had to call twice to have the termite plugs serviced as water got inside a couple of the plugs causing the cardboard insert to get wet, swell up and pop up. I sincerely suggest you consider using different plugs, those with a more sealed top. Anyway, I am hoping that over the next few services things will get better on both ends but more so on the lawn front.
