On October 13, 2017, Exterminator Antonio performed a superb job of spraying my entire home for bugs inside and outside. He inspected each bate tray inside and outside my home and replaced old poison that mice were eating. I am very happy with the extermination he performed on the premises. Antonio is a top notch exterminator who knows his job well. Please send him to my whenever quarterly exterminations are due.
On October 16, 2017, Upon my request, Supervisor Exterminator Terrell conducted an inspection of interior and exterior of my home to determine how mice were entering my home. He discovered possible openings. I plan to seek the services of a professional to seal the openings.
Both gentlemen, Antonio and Terrell listed to my concerns regarding the extermination of bugs and mice. Neither gentleman interrupted me. Both were courteous, professional, caring, showed a great deal of sensitivity to me as a customer regarding my concerns. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate their services a score of 10.
