I have ALWAYS been happy with EVERY Bugman interaction, from phone to email to inspection to repair work to regular service work!
I especially appreciate my monthly service technician, John. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Oh, and reliable! If I have an issue with a pest other than what was an issue the previous month, he is more than willing to investigate and let’s me know about it how he will treat it.
This month I had a few inside issues and by time he left he fixed me up with plenty of “traps” to set my mind at ease.
