We ended up doing most of the work ourselves. Not a single rat was captured! We were told a procedure would be done that would require us to leave the home for a few hours. This was not done. I'm wondering how come we spent 1400 dollars for what has transpired. Is there a money back guarantee? I don't think any money was spent on materials. Labor costs have to be negligible because very little time was spent here.
