Terminex has missed yet another appointment without so much as a telephone call! After waiting five hours beyond their scheduled arrival time, I had no choice but to leave. I left a note on the front door not to service the exterior of the home as this was not the service requested. I refuse to pay 85.00 dollars for them to walk around my home and hit it with a few bursts of a bug spray! I know they showed up at some point because I saw their tire tracks in my grass. It was a small vehicle like the one they always show up with. No invoice was left behind, which tells me they read my letter advising them not to complete the exterior service. It also advised them to telephone me. They didn't. Terminex then has the nerve to invoice me for the appointment they know they didn't show up for. We telephone them to dispute the charges and they say, "Oh the appointment was for the day prior". That's a lie, we would have never allowed them to set it for a day we wouldn't be home. All you're gonna get is a couple bursts outside the home and then be charged 85.00 for it. Should I mention no invoice was left behind on that date as well. They advised they would remove the charge, but have since invoiced me once again. Never will I use Terminex again. I will not pay for a service that was not completed.
