We have been with SPM since our first home and then kept them for our second. A total of almost 10 years. His wife or receptionist was always very short and rude as other reviews have stated. Service was spotty never consistent. Being loyal and wanting to support a family business we asked them to service our third home. They sent an email stating they choose to no longer service our family without an explanation. I find this to be very unprofessional and reading all the negative reviews I can see Im not the only one.
