Sales person Bill was great and pulled me in. Pool cleaner Daron is good so far (only been 2 weeks).
Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the multiple times I’ve called to speak with someone, except for 1 time, I ALWAYS have to leave a VM and NOBODY has ever returned my call.
Customer service (at least in the office) needs some improvement. Return calls, even if it’s just to reassure someone, or to answer a question.
