Am I happy with your service?... you're kidding, right?

I have vinyl siding damage (stained) due to a wasp treatment in November 2021. I have made phone calls to Paramount, but other than picture taking, NO actions have been taken to resolve this issue. I'm told Ron H. (the then manager who applied the treatment) is not longer with Paramount.

I recently visited the local office on Monday, Feb. 28, 2022 and spoke with Jennifer Lansing and Lindsay Funderburg (Alan Triplett was also there). A few days later on Thursday March 3, JR (your technician) came out and took pictures. I even gave him a piece of scrap siding as a sample.

That was almost two weeks ago and HEY! guess what - still nothing. No emails, no phone call updates, nothing.

Check your phone records and you'll find in an earlier conversation I set a deadline of March 1, 2022 to have this resolved.

Ever since last November, I *thought* I was being ignored. Now you've proven it.

NOTE: If I have to have the siding company repair the damage, I WILL expect Paramount to pay for it, or else we'll let the Judge decide.

IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED BY APRIL 16 (30 days) I WILL PROCEED AS STATED ABOVE.
