We had an incident with our upstairs plumbing. Through our home warranry company, the service was contracted to Bell Cow. I"d never heard of them, but of course just happy to have someone fix the problem.

We were given an 8-12 window. The technician, Mike Dawson, called around 9:15; he said he"d arrive approx 10:15-10:30. He was punctual, arriving at 10:20.

Mike assessed the problem within 5 minutes! Granted it was not a mind-bender. It was a minor fix. But for us, it was a potential disaster (water coming from back of toilet). In fact, Mike said that we were smart to turn off the water valve in that bathroom because the pressure could have caused the cracked top of the hose/pipe to blow off, leaving us with water everywhere.

Again, I realize this was a minor repair. But I appreciate so many other things about Mike. He was punctual. He was courteous and friendly. He was professional. These qualities are important to me; we see less and less of these these days. I would gladly have him handle any of our plumbing issues.
