After talking to Branch Manager Gregory Wimbash about service problems I encountered in November and again in January (with the underhouse dehumidifier and then the termite control, he told me (on Jan 10th) that I would NOT be charged for my next quarterly service in March. On Friday, March 3rd, I received that service, AND my Mastercard was charged for it. I called him to remind him of our conversation, and after apologizing, he said he would put the credit in for a refund. It is now March 9th...and I have yet to see that credit?????
