I was very happy with the service from both Jon and Chris ... Jon took care of a carpenter bee / hornet infestation around the exterior of my house, and happened to notice a possible rodent hole in the corner eave. Chris came by the following week to evaluate, and determined it was an old hole possibly caused by insects / woodpeckers. He told me no further work needed to be done, which was a huge relief. I appreciated their timely manner in servicing my needs, and their professionalism.
