We used Eastside exterminators once but it did not seem like it was worth the money for the first visit. The tech was friendly but there were only 3 traps set. After almost 300 bucks I would have expected a little more than that. I guess their expectation is that you set an ongoing schedule with them so they can keep coming back.... I have been re-setting the traps and baiting them myself, which seems to be working; however, I could have gone to home depot and purchased a few traps for about 15 bucks...

Sean, thanks for choosing Eastside to address the rat issue in your garage. As we indicate in the report, the nature of your particular situation was that there was only activity in your garage related to the garage door, which we do not repair. The traps were set as a preventative to assist with harvesting until such time that you contact a garage door company. The value you received was having rodent experts come out, identify that there were no other access points, and identify that the solution was to have a garage door company address the real issue.
