ATCO has been great to work with on the rat infestation in our attic. They set up appointments promptly, followed up with text messages and their technicians thoroughly explained what they found, how the repairs were done and next steps on each visit. In particular Norm seemed to have good understanding of rat and other critter behavior that he shared with us to hopefully prevent any further issues.
