I cancelled my work request on 12 August 2021. I do not need nor want your service. I phoned Mr. Cook by phone again 13 August 2021 to make sure he had been informed that I no longer needed service from this company. I took my home owners insurance company's advice to void the work requested. I informed Mr Cook and the tech that arrived with him at my home 13 August 2021 at
8:38 am in person that I no long wanted any service. I expect all funds paid to be refunded or charges to my credit card to be cancelled.
