Vac unit was installed incorrectly which left the house without heat for 5 days. The tech that finally came out on a Monday , he had to completely take the new unit apart and install it correctly. Also did not receive the correct high tech thermostat that I was quoted and the thermostat that the first tech installed, he did not leave the instruction manual. Very disappointed in this company and it’s products.
