Everyone I spoke with was respectful and helpful. All the employees who came to my property were very professional and did an excellent job setting and clearing the traps and answering any questions they were asked. When there was an unintended animal caught in a trap, the response was immediate and the situation was resolved very quickly after they received the call. The employee who installed the preventative screening was also very professional. He was on time and did an excellent job. He was very careful with anything he had to move. He explained everything he was doing. He cleaned up after he was done and put everything back where it had been. This is my second experience with this company and I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them. It was a pleasure to work with everyone.
