My regular person, Jill, is not able to come spray now since she broke her ankle. No one called me to schedule an appointment. The Gallatin, Hendersonville, and Nashville offices do not communicate with each other and do not update information in their systems. My mother keeps getting calls from US Pest and she has not been in the home for two years. I did not get statements mailed to my address for 6 months and a 225.00 bill was built up. Fortunately, the manager at the Gallatin office called me and we worked out a repayment plan. The Hendersonville and Nashville offices have the worst people answering the phones that I have ever encountered and they are of no help whatsoever.
