On time. Neat and professional looking. Introduced selves. Identified my need. Inspected nest (I thought yellow jackets) but explained they were paper wasps. Explained warnings, and was accommodating to my concerns regarding my dog. Explained why I might see several wasps in the next day or so. Will use again if needed. And highly recommend. October 2017.
