Excellent service as always! We use Eastside for our office, and have always had excellent responses and action anytime we have needed them to come out to the office in between our quarterly visits / maintenance. When I found issues at my home, and after getting wonderful feedback from someone else in my office and one of our General Contractors (who both use EE for their homes), I made the decision to go with Eastside to assist with these pesky critters that have shown up at my home. Much to my surprise, the Tech Specialist that showed up to my home is someone who has serviced our business 3 years ago - Amy. She was an absolute please to work with. Listening to my concerns, thoroughly inspecting my home from top to bottom, and then explaining to me the action plan that would be taken.
