The initial service was very satisfactory. The rep (Taylor) took time to explain the procedures & expected results. The tech, Chris, was very punctual & precise in spraying applications & placing traps in necessary locations. He followed with a callback to assure the effectiveness. I am very pleased, thus far, with my choice of TERMINIX.
