We have an old system that other companies had tried and failed to fix. Maurice came out two times; the second time he came out he trouble shouted to figure out the deeper problem. He even stayed longer than he was contracted to do so in order to make sure the system was working correctly. Later he made a follow up call double checking his work. He mentioned coming back the same day if the system broke again. We appreciate his thoroughness and desire to make our home comfortable.
