BELLCOW - This is to advise that James & Corinna Clouston commend Kelly of your office staff and Edgar, HVAC Tech from Raleigh, for their outstanding service provided in getting our heat pump replaced. We were initially advised that we could not be serviced until Feb 27. Through Kelly's prompt coordination, she was able to get it scheduled sooner. Edgar and his assistants came on Feb 22 to begin the process and completed the removal and installation of the new system on Feb 26. Edgar is very knowledgeable and did a super job from beginning to end. He was also patient and took time to explain each step in detail to the trainees assisting him.
