I called, & the next day the exterminator came, & took away the three baby hornets nests that were at the top of my eaves on a two story+ hse. He got the job done in less than an hour. I tried another pest control co that did a half- job, left mad hornets flying around for days, & tried to sell me a monthly service. Accurate did not play games, they did not pressure me to spend more $ than I needed too. The person on the phone was courteous & friendly. An all around amazing experience, I wld def use again if need be.
