The technician who visited was great; friendly and professional and knowledgeable. But I never received the promised estimate/quote in my email. We specifically asked for it, and mentioned that we've gotten 'ghosted' by companies like this in the past. Disappointing that it happened again. I have a wasp problem and can't wait, so I contacted another company who gave me the price info I needed immediately, so I chose to work with them instead.
