My whole experience wasn't 2/5 but things that brought me to this rating deal with communication and expectations. After spending nearly a grand on services I expected to be able to have peace of mind. The exterior sealing of my home was initially done subpar, after addressing this, I was informed it would be fixed and given multiple time frames all of which were not honored, after communicating to a superior I still received no communication and had to reach out to schedule this fix on my own. The scheduler at the can center was beyond rude and didn't seem to care about the situation at all. The worker came back to fix things but the dried foam on my end caps must have been hard to remove and I ended up with cracking of my siding. It just seemed to me that I was sold on a service for an incredible amount of money and after that the customer service just went out the window.
The initial person I spoke with was kind and the technician that came out to bait and trap was nice but in the end no one seemed terribly concerned with giving great customer service which is expected whether you spend $100 or $1000. Trust in the company you hire is important and the lack of communication and craftsmanship doesn't give me peace of mind to trust that I'm getting taken care of.
