I went to Dave Jordaan, Cyber Coach, for a bike fit. In this process, he recommended changing saddles. I exchanged a brand new Specialized Roman saddle with my receipt, and he gave me a saddle with a cardboard holder, claiming it was a receipt. The saddle that he gave me broke down after six months of use. I tried to take it to the local Specialized store for a warranty on the product, but they would not place it without a receipt. I requested a proper receipt, and he said he would text me a copy. I have not received a receipt as promised. I would not recommend Dave as a bike fitter or anyone to purchase parts from him as he fails to practice professional business agreements.
