Dear Home Paramount, It is Thursday, February 15, 10;31am, and I just hung up with Adam who answered my question about when to make an appointment for the annual Termite inspection. He said to wait until we receive your statement to pay the 100+? payment and that an inspector would contact us for an appointment. Adam was very helpful and polite. I let him know that I am writing this yearly review and what I am writing in favor of your great service. Mark and I have been using your service since 1993 because of infestation of German and Wood Roaches. We have a present favorite technician, Maurice Mcgruder, who calls me every month on the morning before he arrives. He has our basement key and he is the only one we trust. We have had favorite past technicians, but Donald(forgot last name sorry about that)stands out the most and surpassed them all, and I believe is in management and I have spoken to him on the phone before. If he is still working for you, would you give him my heart felt apology and I extend that apology again to Brian the Termite inspector, and the rest of your company for my very rude behavior at times which your employees did not provoke, but, were very patient with me.
