I have been a client of Bill's Home Service for many years, and have always found their technicians to be very professional, prompt and friendly. They always call in advance to let me know the time frame of their arrival, and always arrive in a timely manner. Each tech is very thorough and discusses any changes or suggestions they may have if I am facing a particular issue.
