Have been generally happy with the service from Braman, but the last service visit to check on bait boxes for exterior rodent service on 7/3 was not good. In his report the technician wrote that "due to flourishing fauna" two of the boxes were "inaccessible." One was behind a bush (which has been there since the box was placed there in December), and one was near a bleeding heart plant. Both could easily be reached to be checked. I feel this service was inadequate and would like to have a technician come out to check those boxes soon.
