We thank you for your business and welcome you to The Signature Family. As stated...If you notice new termite activity, please contact our office to schedule an inspection under warranty. We will email you 3 months prior to the expiration date reminding the renewal is coming up each year. We will then contact you the first week to schedule the renewal inspection for the home. The warranty is transferable to new owners if you ever sell the home. Thank you again, Colleen
