My experience with budget pest control has not been good. My original visit for a routine spray didn't happen. The technician never showed and did not cal. My most recent spray left me waiting yet again. When they showed up, they were very nice. I asked to speak to the owner and he has yet to contact me. I was told that I would not be charged and the first thing the driver did prior to the spray was hand me the bill.
